Our multilingual staff — fluent in Japanese and other languages — handle real estate transactions in Japanese, English, Vietnamese, Mongolian, Burmese, and Nepali. Accepting foreign tenants is no longer a distant concern for property owners in Japan.
We fully understand the concerns property owners may have regarding differences in lifestyle, ways of thinking, and language barriers. That is why we provide thorough pre-move-in guidance covering house rules and daily living etiquette, and continue to support tenants in their native language after move-in. We work to give property owners the confidence to rent with peace of mind.
